Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Moorestown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in these Specifications and shown on the Plans for improvements to the North Church Street Elevated Water Tank. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Patricia L. Hunt, RMC, Township Clerk, Town Hall, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057 marked on the outside with words: Bid: North Church Street Tank Improvements and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified or Cashier's Check in the amount not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not exceeding $20,000. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance and Maintenance Bond upon the award of contract. All bidders and the general public are invited to be present for this bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action Law); N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq. (Business Registration Act); and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. (Public Works Contractor Registration Act).
