Renovation of a fire / police facility in Mountain View, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,529-square-foot fire / police facility.

This project includes the renovation of existing men's toilet and shower room; conversion of existing offices to new women's toilet/shower room and two (2) single- occupancy, accessible restrooms; replacement of flooring in existing corridors and new location for double doors to separate public from private spaces, addition of sewer lateral, temporary portables, and associated hook-ups, including, but not limited to, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades in the area of work. Modular restroom and shower facilities placed outside of the Fire station to accommodate temporary use during remodel. Once the Contractor is finished with the restroom facility construction, the modular restroom and shower will be taken out of the site, but the office modular will remain for Battalion Chief and Captain offices. The office modular will be either bought by the City or their lease payment will take over and the City continues its monthly payment once the project is completed by the contractor.
