A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The following Request for Proposals (RFP) has been developed to solicit proposals from consulting firms qualified and experienced in engineering, water resources, water quality chemistry, landscape architecture, and stormwater pond restoration and improvement. Although technical differences exist, for the purpose of this solicitation the term 'stormwater pond' is synonymous with 'lake'.
