Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Newberry, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

State Project No. 213997, 213998 The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Removing and replacing - including the concrete bases and cable - two sets of PAPIs (LED), two sets of REILs (LED), and one primary airport windcone (LED). Work shall also include replacing - with cable and conduit - the rotating airport beacon fixture (LED), and replacing the apron lighting fixtures A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable Luce County Board of Commissioners in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The DBE goal is 3% for this contract. The project shall be completed within fifty (50) days from date of Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days thereafter.
