York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Gas Pipes Inspections and Testing. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors to test all accessible Science Lab gas supply lines, fittings, valves and fixtures on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The Board spends approximately $60,000 per year for this service. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract.
