Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 The École de technologie supérieure having its head office at 1100 Notre-Dame Street West, Montreal (hereinafter "Owner"), is requesting Tenders for the purpose of awarding a work-on-demand contract for cabling network work integrated whose approximate monetary value is estimated at six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000). This work is required to meet the redevelopment, renovation and maintenance needs of the Owner's assets and will be carried out in the various buildings of its campus located in Montreal in the quadrilateral of Ottawa, de la Montagne, St-Jacques and Montfort streets. Work could also be carried out in other premises located nearby. The buildings where the work is carried out remain in operation during the work. The start of the Contract is April 25, 2022. The Contract will be valid for a period of three (3) years. However, the Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Contract as soon as the amount of the work carried out reaches the Value of the Contract, regardless of the time elapsed between the start of the Contract and that moment. The Bidder must provide with his Bid, a bid security of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The Bid guarantee is made in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution, a money order or a certified check payable to the order of the École de technologie supérieure. The Bid guarantee shall be valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the deadline for receipt of Bids. The Tender Documents are only available via the electronic tendering system . The Owner reserves the right to refuse any Bidder who, during the two (2) years preceding the opening date of the Bids, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the Owner, has failed to respond to a Submission or a contract or has been the subject of a contract termination due to its failure to comply with its terms. The Owner does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the Tenders received, nor to carry out the object of this call for tenders, nor to carry out only a part thereof and may, at its sole discretion, not carry out anything in link with this invitation to tender and this, without any compensation for the Bidders.
