Saving Project...

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Palmetto Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and performing all operations required for roadway improvements to SW 136 St and at SW 67 Ave.. in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Roadway improvements for the reconstruction of the existing Old Cutler Road intersections at SW 136 St and at SW 67 Ave. The project proposes to install a 4-lane roundabout at each of these intersections, which includes roadway improvements along all approaches, as well as providing continuity and connection to the existing shared-use path. The improvements are comprised of roadway reconstruction, new sidewalks, shared-use path, curbs and gutters, stormwater drainage system, street lighting, landscaping, signalization removal, pavement markings and signage.
