The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the Kent County Sheriff's Office to replace existing Rauland intercom system in the jail with the MicroComm DXL digital intercom system. Respondent must be an authorized reseller and the product distributed through an authorized distribution channel. Work is to be performed during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm unless preauthorized arrangements are made with Facilities. Once the project is started, work will be continuous until the point of completion. Kent County desires a completion date by 9/30/2022. Replace existing Rauland intercom with specified Harding equipment. The quantity of equipment required will be determined by contractor during onsite visit. - New Harding DCC 3030 controllers - New Harding DCE 3030 expansion modules - New Harding DCE 3000 expansion modules - New Harding VOIP desktop master phones - New Harding Page adapter cards - Station interface cables - Switch interface cables - Audio interface cards - Switch interface cards Existing intercom stations to remain. New cat 6 data for Harding equipment to nearest existing security switch. Provide a PC and monitor in designated security closet for monitoring and networked to nearest existing security switch.
