Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lockport, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 05/02/2022 This project will not be rebid in its current form. Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project at the scheduled time of receipt bids and will be publicly opened at that time. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Board of Education, Homer Community Consolidated School District 33c. H. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Mr. Al Kirkus, Assistant Superintendent for Business, CSBO. I. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. J. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The date of Final Completion shall be no later than August 17, 2022
