Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove existing T8 lamps. Install T8 LED lamps while retaining existing ballast. Repair any faulty lamp sockets and lenses. Clean and reinstall lenses. Add suspension chains if missing. The existing return fan motor will be removed and replaced with a VFD rated motor including a new column mounted VFD. BAS logic and graphics will be updated accordingly. The outside air damper actuators will be recalibrated to supply minimum outdoor airflow, as required by ASHRAE 62.1 for an office space. AHU will be recommissioned.
