Project no: WS2150, 286 The City of Tarpon Springs, Florida is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from interested companies (Offerors) for the permitting, construction, and acceptance testing of a photovoltaic power generation system (PV System), and associated photovoltaic panel arrays, inverters, system interconnect, and power monitoring system (collectively the Project). This solicitation will be performed as a two-step process. Step-One consists of submittal of Letters of Intent and pre-qualification of Offerors based on criteria outlined herein. March 25, 2022 @ 5:00 p.m. Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Janina Lewis, Procurement Services Director, at purchasing@ctsfl.us. Step-Two consists of a request for pricing from those Offerors who successfully complete Step-One of this solicitation. Offerors not participating in, or not short listed in Step-One of this solicitation will not be invited to submit pricing for Step-Two.
