Renovation of a mixed-use development in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; municipal facility; service station / car wash facility; and office development.
This project will fund the emergency generator implementation plan consisting of the installation of new generators at School Administration Building, HYCC, West Barnstable Community Building and replacement generators at Town Hall, MEA, Fleet Maintenance Building, and a portable backup unit with a fueling trailer. For FY23 generators will be installed at the School Administration Building and West Barnstable Community Building. For FY24 HYCC Generator. For FY25 175 KW Town Hall Generator. This project is in included in the Town of Barnstable FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of March 15, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
