A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The contract for this work will be with the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. All Bids will require a ten percent (10%) surety in the form of a Bid Bond, a certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid (unless otherwise noted in the Bid Form Document). The surety is required as a guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded the contract, enter into a written contract with the Owner. All sureties must be licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bid Bonds should name Owner as obligee. All checks should be made payable to the order of Owner. Deadline for submission of inquiries has been revised to April 15, 2022
