This project explores alternatives regarding the future use of the Skiffe's Creek Reservoir, Pump Station and Dam, which are located within the neighboring localities of James City County and Newport News. The alternatives being evaluated are: Dam and Pump Station rehabilitation, to include the full rehabilitation of the dam, spillway and pump station Dam and Pump Station reclamation, to include the full removal of the dam, spillway and pump station. This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of March 15, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
