Renovation of a multi-residential development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Calgary Housing Company (CHC) requires a qualified contractor(s) to provide construction services at a CHC-managed residential location. Treo at Montreaux (SPH1), circa 2008, is a double residential apartment complex consisting of a 3 storey building with 150 suites. The buildings façade consists of vinyl siding and stone veneer. The stone veneer is failing and requires replacement. Each balcony will require a new membrane to be installed with column stone and wood cladding replaced.
