Site work for a water / sewer project in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work will include the replacement of 800 meters of water main and services.Entire work included in the contract on or before October 28th, 2022.If a bid bond is issued it must be accompanied by a letter of surety from a recognized Canadian Society Company outlining that a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Estimated Contract Price and a Labour and Materials Bond in the amount of 50% of the Estimated Contract Price will be presented if awarded the project. Every Tender received shall be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft or bid bond payable to the City of Summerside in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Estimated Contract Price. The City reserves the right to remove or replace sections of the project, with other approved areas, due to other capital work or new development in the listed project areas or entirely due to budget constraints.
