Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the furnishing of all necessary labour, material, tools and equipment to carry out full maintenance service on Three (3) Smardt 275 Ton Chillers and associated cooling towers, two (2) Smardt 100 Ton Chillers and associated remote condenser, one (1) 5 Ton York rooftop A/C unit, One (1) 15 Ton York rooftop A/C unit, two (2) 15 ton Carrier DX A/C units and two (2) Liebert XDP chilled water systems, one (1) Cleaver Brooks model CBH 735KW, 125 PSI steam boiler, three (3) De Dietrich GT 430A, all pumps, pressure reducing valves, expansion tanks, burners, glycol feeders, chemical feeders and detectors, in accordance with Appendix A - Maintenance Services Required. The services are required from June 01, 2022 to May 31, 2023 with options to extend for four (4) additional, one (1) year periods.
