All RFIs Due by 1:00 pm CST, Thursday March 24th, 2022 The Dickson County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids for the Demolition of the existing HVAC systems including piping, ductwork, water source heat pumps and packaged rooftop equipment along with removal of the existing roof. New roof and insulation system will be provided along with new HVAC system with ventilation air system at Dickson County Schools Central Office. All Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. No bid will be opened unless the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following information: the name, license number, the date of the licenses expiration, and the classification of the contractors applying to the bid for the prime contract and for electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contracts. Envelope should be clearly marked Roof and HVAC Upgrades included with the bidders name, address, and date and time of the bid opening.
