Site work for a water / sewer project in Walbridge, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of installing approximately 2,200 lineal feet of 8" PVC pipe installed by open cut to replace 6" waterline. The contract documents, including plans and specifications, are on file at the office of the Northwestern Water and Sewer District and the Architect/Engineer -- Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc. (PDG). A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Northwestern Water and Sewer District in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. Northwestern Water and Sewer District may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason.The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the form of a bid that do not affect or destroy competitive bidding. In no case will an award be made until all necessary investigations are made as to the qualifications of the bidder to whom it is proposed to award a contract. The estimated cost of construction is $604,000. The Work will be substantially completed on or before June 15, 2022; Final completion- July 1, 2022.
