North Carolina State University Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering (hereafter referred to as BAE) seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide/perform tree and shrub planting services. The Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge (hereafter referred to as BBNWR) is an expansive refuge located near Virginia Beach, VA covering nearly 10,000 acres of beach, dunes, woodlands, agricultural fields, and emergent freshwater marshes.
