Site work for a water / sewer project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Purpose The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The City of Raleigh requests qualifications for professional engineering services and program management services pertaining to sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects requiring stream restoration and Raleigh Water's coordination and design needs with NCDOT projects. Raleigh Water has identified needs for work related to sanitary sewer pipes located near local streams. Scope of work may include sanitary sewer rehabilitation and replacement, stream restoration, and/or easement stabilization. This work will include program management in the areas of planning, evaluating, design, permitting, bidding, and construction management. Additionally, Raleigh Water is seeking program management services for NCDOT projects requiring water and sanitary sewer coordination, including evaluation, design, permitting, Utility Agreements, and construction management.
