Cutting and removing the existing plaster down at least 2" away from the waterline tiling, inlets, lights and other fixtures to achieve a flush finish with the new surface. High-pressure water blasting (3500 psi) to completely clean the prepared surface. Placing contrasting color highlight tiles to demark the edges of all the steps and benches, and to satisfy applicable local codes. Re-plastering of the pool shell using Diamond Brite plaster. The repair or replacement of main drain covers, inlet fittings, and other fixtures including deck drains in accordance the Virginia Graeme Baker Act. Tile replacement along the skim line. Color of Diamond Brite: Super Blue, may be altered at walk through.
