for the following 1. Supply approximately 1000 tons, + or - of various Super pave bituminous concrete material, all materials meeting Penn DOT specifications. Delivered to job site and F.O.B. "Contractor to furnish a Payment Bond (with suitable surety in the specified amount of the Contract)" 2. Supply and place approximately 2500 tons + or of 9.5 super pave wearing bituminous concrete material delivered to the job site. Contractor to furnish a Payment Bond (with suitable surety in the specified amount of the Contract) and certificate of Insurance. 3. Micro - Surfacing Type A at 35-40 LBS/SY Double Application 750 ton +or - as per PUB408 section 438 PennDOT specs. Contractor to furnish a Performance Bond (with suitable surety) in the specified amount of Contract and Certificate of Insurance. All bids shall be Submitted on the Penn Dot and other forms provided in the bid documents. Bids shall be Awarded to the lowest responsible bidder for each Contract. Spring Garden Township Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids
