Site work and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Lawrence, Kansas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Downtown Lawrence Light Fixture Repair Work includes Provide & Replace 25 square poles designated on map attached, Philips Hadco Drawing #C5341-DWG13 consisting of Pole Assembly CP5341D and Parking Meter Bracket CA5341D, (meters installed by city) Provide & Replace 13 buried junction boxes with new 12x12 Quazite boxes and new wire and splices Reuse of existing luminaires Removal of existing J-bolts and installation of new J-bolts and mounting plate and all associated hardware A permit will be required and supplied at no cost. A licensed electrician will be required for electrical work. The old poles will remain the property of the city. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and all or part of a bid and to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in the bids received. The City will consider bids submitted on an "all or nothing" basis if the bid is clearly designated as such. The City may accept any item or group of items of any bid unless otherwise stated in the bid invitation or unless the bidder qualified the bid by specific limitations.
