VILLAGE OF VOLO BID NOTICE The Village of Volo, Lake County, Illinois ("Owner"), is soliciting sealed bids from contractors for the following project: VILLAGE HALL TILE INSTALLATION Sealed bids for this contract must be received before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022 at the Volo Village Hall, 500 S. Fish Lake Road, Volo, IL 60073. Owner will review each properly submitted bid and will make a selection based upon price, availability, quality and other features of the bid proposals. Owner also reserves the right to reject any bid or part of a bid that does not conform to the bidding requirements or to modify or waive all formalities and technicalities in a bid, or to reject all bids. Copies of the bid documents, including contract provisions and specifications, may be examined at the Volo Village Hall, 500 S. Fish Lake Road, Volo, IL 60073, and are available for download at www.villageofvolo. com. It is the responsibility of the bidder to meet all requirements of the bid documents.
