Renovation of a municipal facility in Volo, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The works shall be performed at the following Work Sites: Furnishing and installing four (4) 5-ton, two (2) 4-ton, and one (1) 3-ton air conditioning units and evaporator coils (AC Units) at the Village of Volo Village Hall located at 500 S. Fish Lake Road in Volo, IL 60073. Furnishing and installing one (1) 7.5-ton rooftop unit (RTU) at the Village of Volo Public Works facility located at 26677 W. Commerce Drive in Volo, IL 60073. Contractor is responsible for verifying the specifications of the existing HVAC units (as installed). Contact Jonathan Meyer at jmeyer@villageofvolo.com or (847) 740-6982 to schedule a site visit. Owner reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder most favorable to Owner, as determined by Owner. Owner also reserves the right to reject any bid or part of a bid that does not conform to the bidding requirements or to modify or waive all formalities and technicalities in a bid, or to reject all bids.
