Owner reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder most favorable to Owner, as determined by Owner. The bid consists of furnishing and installing four (4) 5-ton, two (2) 4-ton, and one (1) 3-ton air conditioning units and evaporator coils (AC Units) at the Village of Volo Village Hall The new AC Units shall be in-kind replacements meeting the design specifications of the existing AC Units (as installed), except to the extent applicable building codes require otherwise. Each AC Unit should also meet the following requirements: 13 SEER (minimum) cased coils filter dryer sight glass low ambient kit surge protector
