Scope of work for the Marblehead Lighthouse "Keeper's House" exterior painting project Work to include: Clean exterior of the entire structure prior to priming/painting - this includes mold, mildew, dirt, loose/peeling paint. Application of one coat of Sherman Williams exterior wood primer to the exterior of the structure. This includes all the siding, trim, soffits, porch areas, railings and spindles, areas behind the wooden shutters, window and door casings, and the decorative accents at each window. Application of one coat of Sherman Williams Satin Duration to be applied to the above mentioned areas . Color scheme to match existing. Application of one coat of Sherman Williams Satin Duration to be applied to the shutters (both sides of the shutters). Color scheme to match existing. Application of one coat of Sherman Williams Satin Duration to be applied to the foundation block. Color scheme to match existing. Application of one coat of Sherman Williams deck enamel applied to the front porch and side entrance floor boards. Color scheme to match existing. Caulking as needed using Sherman Williams 45 year 850A exterior acrylic latex. Tarps or ground covering will be needed to minimize paint chips and debris from accumulating on the grounds. Care will be taken to cover and protect areas from overspray prior to application of primer/paint. Water and power will be available at the site. Project completed by May 27, 2022
