Bid bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Underwood, Chairman Marion Township Board of Trustees 7975 S.R. 195 Alger, Ohio 45812 Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the various prevailing wage rates, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a bid guaranty and a performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than October 1, 2022. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
