**As of September 30, 2022, the New Bloomington awarded to Dore & Associates Inc. awarded amount $228,700.00 and Grand Prairie Elementary awarded to Lepi Enterprises Inc. awarded amount $266,713.00.** The Marion County Land Reutilization Corporation is accepting bids to perform asbestos hazard abatement and related work and site demolition at the former New Bloomington School and the former Grand Prairie School. The Marion County Land Reutilization Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive certain informalities or irregularities in bids received. No bids may be withdrawn, after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, for at least thirty days. Bids will be received for asbestos hazard abatement and related work. Engineering estimated cost for this project is $123,000 for asbestos abatement and $182,000 for site demolition for the Grand Prairie School. The engineering estimate for the New Bloomington School is $84,000 for asbestos abatement and $186,000 for site demolition.
