The Tri-Rivers Career Center hereby gives notice of the availability of a contract for architectural services for a project to construct CTE Expansion Project with an initial estimated cost of $6,000,000 to include sitework and building construction cost. Total project cost is estimated at $8,500,000. The Board invites parties interested in providing architectural services for the project to submit statements of qualifications and proposals for consideration by the Board to be reviewed and selected in accordance with Sections 153.65 to 153.71 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board wishes to select an architect by December 20, 2023 to begin work on the Project following execution of a contract with the Board. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
