The outer envelope should clearly indicate: "CHRISTINA SCHOOL DISTRICT, CONTRACT NO. CHR-20013-DNCLSS, RENOVATION AND EXPANSION AT JOHN R. DOWNES E.S. - SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN." The project involves renovations to provide a new secure vestibule and construction of a new, twostory, four classroom addition. .The purpose of this meeting is to establish the list of subcontractors and to answer questions. Representatives of each party to any Joint Venture must attend this meeting. ATTENDANCE OF THIS MEETING IS A PREREQUISITE FOR BIDDING ON THIS CONTRACT.
