Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes: Variable depth milling along curbing and pavement notches, paving fabric for entire cartway width, bituminous leveling course (60lb/SY), 1 1/2 " depth of 9.5mm wearing course, eight (8) ADA curb ramps, thermoplastic stop bars, thermoplastic crosswalks with hatching and high visibility, centerline double yellow, "Stop Ahead" pavement marking legend, traffic control and mobilization and bonds for Locust Street between North 6th Street to North 3rd Street. Clarification Deadline: 3/31/2022 4:00 PM A ten percent (10%) bid security in the form of certified or bank check or bid bond must accompany each sealed proposal. Wages paid for all Work performed shall comply with the Pennsylvania Minimum Prevailing Wage Act as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Bidders shall be PennDOT prequalified for the work per Publication 408, Section 102.1. The Borough of Denver reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or portions thereof, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Borough. The Borough also reserves the right, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid.
