All bids shall be submitted on official bid forms included in the bid packet. All questions are to be received in sufficient time to provide responses to all bidders prior to the bid opening date. To facilitate this, all questions must be received by March 22, 2022. All sealed bids shall be marked on the envelope exterior with the words "RFP 2022-0088 North Cedar Street Curb and Gutter Improvements", opening date and time, and the name and address of the firm offering the bid. All bids received after the aforementioned opening time shall be considered nonresponsive and returned to the bidder unopened. The bids will be presented to the City Council for their consideration on April 7, 2022. THE CITY OF BROWNFIELD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.
