As of May 9, 2022, project was awarded to DeSantis Construction, awarded amount is $582,018.34. The bid shall provide for the improvements of the FY' 2021 NJDOT Trust Fund Road Improvement Program for Cold Soil Road consisting of various roadways located in the Township of Lawrence, Mercer County, New Jersey, as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on May 3, 2022, subject to the availability of funds in the 2022 Adopted Budget and 2022 Capital Plan. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
