All in accordance with Plans and Specifications prepared by the City and on file at the Office of the City Engineer, 10801 Town Square Drive NE, Blaine, Minnesota. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days from date of opening of bids. The City Council will consider award of contracts at their regular meeting held on August 15, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 10801 Town Square Drive NE, Blaine, Minnesota. It is the City’s intent to begin construction by September 1, 2022, and all work to be substantially complete by October 28, 2022. Final completion is November 11, 2022.
