Renovation of an educational facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is generally described as replacement of existing air valves and associated controls for the McDemmond Center for Applied Research. Through an existing contract, NSU is directly procuring a portion of the work (materials and labor) required for this project. The scope of this work is described in Thermo-Trol System's Scope of Work letter included at the end of this project manual. Additionally, this scope of work is also noted broadly throughout the project drawings, and specifically under the Scope of Work on sheet G001 Cover Sheet, and 230900 Instrumentation and Control & 230800 Mechanical System Commissioning on sheet M0.2 Mechanical Specifications.
