The scope of work for this project includes the installation of a new concrete walkway, drinking fountain and accessible picnic table at Gold Station Park. The working days for this contract shall be 60. The project falls within the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (UPCCAA) requirements for informal bidding procedures and the project shall be advertised according to the UPCCAA requirements. This project may be bid by a General A or Concrete C8 Contractor's license. The Cordova Recreation & Park District requires "Prevailing Wage" for all public projects.
