The Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD or District) is soliciting offers (Offers) for the goods and/or services specified in this document. Questions concerning this solicitation document should be addressed, in writing, to the Buyers Email. Questions must be submitted by the deadline to allow sufficient time for responses prior to receipt/opening date/time. Responses to questions other than administrative questions will be provided to all potential Offerors by means of an addendum to the solicitation. Any contract that results from this solicitation and upon Mutual Agreement of the awarded vendor and the District, may be extended not to exceeded a total of 5 years(s). If either party intends not to renew the Contract, that party must give written notice to the other party no fewer than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then current term of the Contract. If the District fails to timely exercise any of the options to renew, all remaining options to renew shall expire and terminate Initial Term: 3 Renewal 1: 1 Renewal 2: 1 Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD) is accepting proposals for All vendors are encouraged to participate even if vendors are sole source providers of a product. The purpose of this RFP is to establish vendors that will provide parts, maintenance and fueling system repair service districtwide as needed. Vendor must provide licensed and certified technicians to perform preventive maintenance which includes but is not limited to tank tightness, dispenser calibration, hydrostatic sump pump, vapor recovery, and product line testing to meet local, state, and federal regulations. A visual inspection of the fuel tank, associated piping, and fuel delivery accessories (fuel gauge, filler cap, fume exhaust vents, foot valve, etc.) for evidence of excessive deterioration (rusting), fuel leakage, etc. All discrepancies shall be reported in both verbally and written format. The vendor shall provide all necessary labor personnel, as well as transportation, equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement as required to maintain the fueling systems. Vendor will be responsible for the replacement of any equipment and parts associated with the fuel storage systems, including, fuel tanks and fuel pumps. Vendor will be responsible for scheduling and tracking inspections and certifications including the Veeder-Root and other similar fuel tank monitoring systems, leak detection testing, and all others as required by local, state and federal regulations.
