Specifications being briefly described as follows: Approximately 142" Length X 89" Width X 90" High, approximately 100 Ton cooling capacity. Bids are not brand specific but must meet or exceed original equipment specifications. All dimension and specification must be field verified Please contact Courthouse maintenance to obtain access to old unit for bidding purposes, (918) 649-3895 or (918) 647-5738. Bid must be submitted with either a 5% bid bond and irrevocable letter of credit, or a certified check for 5% of the bid amount and irrevocable letter of credit. Specifications may be lengthy, a complete list can be obtained at the office of the County Clerk, 100 South Broadway, Poteau, OK. 74953. If your bid specifications are different than specifications provided, you must provide your detailed list with bid. Bid packets with complete list of specifications can be picked up at the LeFlore County Clerk's, 100 South Broadway, Poteau, OK., 74953, during regular business days between ness days between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
