Site work and paving for a civil project in Mount Shasta, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing +-6,350 feet of 24-inch sewer main, +-725 feet of 18-inch sewer main, and +-150 feet of 12-inch sewer main; rehabilitating with CIPP lining +-480 feet of both 18-inch and 12 inch pipe; +-450 feet of sewer laterals; 22 new manholes; creek crossing; 48-inch storm drain replacement; access road construction; and fencing and gate installation. Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate is $5,500,000 to $6,000,000. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids will be on a lump-sum/unit-price basis. All bids shall be evaluated on the basis of the Base Bid amount. No Bid will be accepted from a Contractor who does not hold a Class A license in accordance with the provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code. This project is funded in part by the State Revolving Fund (SRF), and as such a labor compliance program (LCP) in accordance with California Labor Compliance Code Section 1771.8 must be adopted and enforced. Bidders are further notified that this Contract does permit retainage to be placed in escrow and/or to be invested for the benefit of the Contractor.
