The place of performance of the work is at Ecole La Martiniere located at 520, rue de la Sorbonne, Levis (Quebec) G7A 1Y5. The contract must begin on Monday, June 6, 2022 and be completed on or before Friday, December 9, 2022. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee , either in the form of a certified check for an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes , payable to the Center de services scolaire Navigators, or an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender bond established at the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. Note that the letter of guarantee or the bid bond must be issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act(RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice bond insurance, a trust company holding a permit issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c.
