Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Walla Walla, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Walla Walla, Washington (herein called the "Owner") invites bids for the construction of fence and netting at the driving range at Veterans Memorial Golf Course. Work includes replacing the existing netting at the driving range with black eleven-gauge chain link fence, gates, and #36 polyester knotted netting. Work must be completed according to project specifications, standard specifications, the City of Walla Walla Standard Plans, and the WSDOT Standard Plans. All work within the contract shall be completed by no later than May 31, 2022. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Only properly executed bids submitted on the form furnished by the City will be accepted. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any defects therein.
