Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,300-square-foot, one-story above grade, 30-bed medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Construct the one-storey main building (approximately 24,300 sf) at Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre in Ottawa. Work of this Contract comprises of building a 30 bed treatment centre with office space at 1985 Bradley Side Road, Ontario and identified as Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre (DSYTC) - Phase 2 Main Building. Work to commence Spring 2022. Work to be completed by Summer 2023.
