**As of April 18, 2022 This project is already awarded to Tri County Paving awarded amount not available. For the furnishing of all labor and material for the resurfacing of the Blooming Grove Cemetery located just east of LaFollette High School on Pflaum Road. The Town of Blooming Grove reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Town. 1) Mill butt joints at the sidewalk. 2) Remove and replace both driveway aprons with new asphalt. 3) Power sweep (if needed), and tack coat applied before each lift. 4) Do a two pass, 2 3/4 overlay of the driveway as such: 1st pass is a scratch coat as needed to fill existing wheel ruts so the surface is level; 2nd pass is a 1 3/4 " topcoat. 5) Provide price per ton of hot mix - per attached worksheet. 6) Asphalt specification: the mix shall be 4 LT 58-28 S hot mix asphalt per the latest edition of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WDOT) specifications, section 460.3.1. Materials and construction shall conform to the requirements of the latest edition of WDOT specifications, sections 450, 455 and 460. Additionally, materials and construction shall conform to the requirements of the current WDOT ASP 6, 460.2.1, which includes the regression of air voids from 4.0% to 3.0% with asphalt cement.
