Oak Hill Water Tank Replacement The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a 0.5-million-gallon cast-in-place concrete water storage tank to replace the existing Oak Hill Water Storage Tank located on Oak Leaf Road; installation of the tanks associated appurtenances including a new valve vault building, and a new water main tee and valve connection which will allow the city can maintain water service to the area while the tank is out of service during construction; rehabilitation of the Overlook Tank via polyurethane pressure injection, located off of Flat Rock Road; installation of a submersible tank mixer within the Scott Tank located at Thurston Road; and site work.
