Lead Hazard Reduction and Related Rehabilitation Work at 11-13 Cutts Street, On behalf of the homeowner of 11-13 Cutts Street, the City of Biddeford's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program requests bids from qualified Maine-licensed lead abatement firms to perform lead hazard reduction and related rehabilitation work at the above-mentioned multifamily property. The bidder is required to complete all work specified and outlined in the Bid Specifications & Bid Request Forms included in the bid packet. This project is funded in whole or in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)'s CDBG program and is contingent upon funding availability. All rules and regulations related to such funding shall apply. The homeowner expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the bids.
