Scope of Work: The project will consist of, but is not limited to: Provide all labor, equipment and non-owner supplied materials to install the new roof system over the properly prepared substrate. Tear off existing roof system (s) to the structural deck. Locate and repair/replace all areas damaged substrate prior to installing new roof system. Roofing manufacturer must have representative inspect structural deck prior to any materials being installed. Install fiber board per specifications. Install modified base sheet per specifications. Install modified cap sheet per specifications. Remove and replace existing sheet metal edge flashing from all roof sections. Remove and replace existing gutter system on all roof sections. Apply title 24 compliant Cool Roof coating per specifications.
