Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Pima, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Failure of Contractor to complete the Work within the time specified in the Contract, including any and all properly authorized extensions of time, will result in damages to the Agency with regard to occupancy, operations, and the specific benefits of public services, that are hereby communicated to the Contractor and contemplated by the Contractor as nullifying the inherent benefit of Agency's contractual bargain. Accordingly, as such damage is difficult to specify and formulate, Agency and Contractor agree that Contractor shall pay to Agency $1,190.00 per day as liquidated damages for each calendar day the Work remains incomplete beyond the date fixed for Substantial Completion. Anticipated Award Date: May 20, 2022 Negotiations May 4, 2022 The State reserves the right to reject any offer which does not demonstrate financial stability sufficient for the scope of this contract award
