Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will remove landscape, asphalt, concrete and drainage piping as specified. This area surrounding the existing truck dock will have berms, concrete work and other improvements as per the drawings. The goal of this project is to limit water drainage in the direction of the the building.
